Xenoblox is a small, owner-led home services firm working out of Bukit Damansara. Below is the short version of who we are, how we recruit, and why we still answer the phone ourselves.

The company started when our founder, a former site engineer on commercial M&E projects, kept getting called by friends to recommend a plumber they could actually trust on a residential job. After the fifth disappointing referral, he registered the trade name, leased a van and took the first booking himself.
Eight years on we still treat referrals as the lifeline they are. Around 70% of the homes we look after came to us through someone who had already used the service โ usually a neighbour in the same condo or terrace row. Reputation here is louder than any advert.
Today we are a team of fourteen: nine field technicians, two apprentices working towards their SPAN licence, a dispatcher who knows everyone by name, and the original founder still on the road three days a week.
