This page explains the cookies and equivalent browser storage that xenoblox.help uses. We try to keep the list short on purpose โ fewer trackers means fewer surprises.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so that it can remember things between page loads โ for example, that you have already dismissed the cookie banner. Local storage is a closely related mechanism that does the same job with slightly more capacity.
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the site to function and are always set, regardless of consent:
- PHPSESSID โ a session identifier that keeps your form submission secure. Cleared automatically when you close the browser.
- xnbx_cookie_v1 โ a local-storage entry that records your cookie choice so we do not show the banner again on every visit. Set when you click Accept or Strictly Necessary.
Optional analytics
If you click "Accept all" we may load a privacy-respecting analytics script that helps us understand which guides and service pages are useful. The script does not set persistent identifiers, does not track you across other sites, and the data is aggregated.
What we do not use
We do not run advertising trackers, conversion pixels for third-party ad platforms, or social-network re-targeting scripts on this site. We are a small local business, not an ad-tech vehicle.
Changing your mind
You can change your cookie preference at any time by clicking the small gear icon at the bottom-left of any page. That re-opens the banner with the Accept and Strictly Necessary options. You can also clear cookies and local storage for this site directly in your browser's privacy settings โ that resets everything.
