How fast can a technician reach my address?
For confirmed emergencies inside the Klang Valley our dispatch promise is 60 minutes or less. Routine bookings are usually scheduled within 24 hours, with morning, afternoon or evening windows so you don't burn a whole day waiting.
Do you publish prices before starting work?
Yes. After the on-site diagnostic the technician walks you through a written, itemised quote on a tablet. Nothing begins until you sign it off — and the invoice has to match that quote line by line.
Are your technicians licensed?
Every Xenoblox plumber holds an SPAN-registered licence and an internal competency badge that we renew yearly. We are also covered by our own public liability policy, so you are not exposed if something unexpected happens during a job.
Will you supply the parts or should I buy them?
Both options work. We carry a curated catalogue of MS-compliant fittings and brand-name fixtures at trade prices, but if you have a specific tap or heater you want installed, we will fit your own supply at no markup.
Which areas of the Klang Valley do you cover?
Greater Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Damansara, Cheras, Ampang, Setapak, Putra Heights, Cyberjaya and Putrajaya. If you are outside these, drop us a line — we can usually route a technician on a planned day.
Do you guarantee the workmanship?
Standard plumbing and heater repairs come with a 12-month workmanship warranty. Bathroom and kitchen refits carry a 24-month structural guarantee on tiling and waterproofing, on top of any manufacturer warranty on fittings.
How are after-hours rates calculated?
Calls between 19:00 and 08:00 or on public holidays carry a flat after-hours fee, quoted up front before dispatch. The labour rate itself does not change — only the call-out component, and it is shown on the quote you sign.
