The information we collect
We collect only the personal information that is necessary to deliver, schedule and follow up on the home services you request. Specifically:

What we do not do
We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not run programmatic advertising on this site and we do not enrich your contact record with data from third-party data brokers.
Who handles your information
Your data is handled by our internal dispatch team and the technician assigned to your booking. A small number of operational tools — accounting software for invoicing, an SMS gateway for reminder messages, and our email hosting provider — also process your information on our behalf, under written data processing terms.
How long we keep records
Booking and visit records are retained for seven years to satisfy Inland Revenue Board requirements. Warranty cards are kept for the duration of the warranty plus two years. Web-form messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to [email protected] with the subject line "PDPA request" and we will reply within 14 working days.
