Emergency Pipe Repair
Burst, leaking or noisy pipes patched and pressure-tested the same hour you call. Sealed properly, written up properly, and warrantied.

A pipe that has decided to fail at 2 a.m. is the worst kind of household problem because every minute on the clock is a litre on the floor. Our emergency line is staffed around the clock by a human dispatcher, not a chatbot, and we run a separate roster of senior technicians who are specifically on standby for callouts of this kind.
What "emergency" actually means here
We treat the following as confirmed emergencies and dispatch within 60 minutes inside the Klang Valley:
- An active burst pipe with visible water escape
- A failed isolation valve that will not shut off
- A leaking water heater inlet or outlet under pressure
- A toilet that has flooded and is still filling
- A bathroom or kitchen line spraying onto electrical work
If the situation is slower-burning — a slow drip, a damp wall, a chronic noise — we will still come out, but on a same-day rather than same-hour basis. That keeps the emergency roster available for the homes who genuinely cannot wait.
What happens on arrival
The technician walks straight to your main isolation valve and shuts the line. From there the work is sequenced predictably: locate the rupture, choose between a clamp repair, a section replacement or a full re-pipe of the affected run, write the quote, get your sign-off, fix the line, pressure-test, and clean up.
For repairs that involve copper or PPR, the technician will normally section out the failed segment and install a fresh coupling with a heat or fusion joint depending on the pipe material. Push-fit emergency repairs are used only as a stop-gap when access is severely limited — and only with your explicit consent, because they are not the long-term answer.
What's included in the price
- The after-hours call-out fee, quoted up front before dispatch
- Diagnostic, including isolation valve check and water meter test
- One pipe section repair up to 1 metre of replacement, plus fittings
- Pressure test of the repaired line to 4 bar for 15 minutes
- Bagged debris removal and a wipe-down of the work area
- A digital invoice with photos before, during and after
- 12-month workmanship warranty card
What is not included
Wall reinstatement and tile replacement are billed separately, because they often need a different trade and a different schedule. We can coordinate a tiler from our preferred network, but the work itself is quoted as a second visit. We will not quietly add it to a pressure-of-the-moment emergency invoice.
The honest answer on cost
A straightforward burst on an accessible exposed pipe in business hours typically lands between RM 220 and RM 480 in total. A late-night callout that involves opening a concealed section in a slab or shaft can run higher, and we will tell you the realistic range over the phone before we dispatch. We do not believe in quoting a fixed teaser fee and discovering the rest on site.
After the repair
You will receive a digital report with photos and the warranty card by the end of the same day. If the same joint or any segment we touched fails within 12 months, the return visit and any rework is on us — no questions, no excuses.
